Many people who suffer from back pain fail to realize their beds play a very big part in their suffering. Beds that lack the necessary support tends to sag, taking the body with it arching it into un-natural positions leaving you less rested and in pain in the morning. Having a bed that looks good isn’t assurance that agood night’s sleep is in order. Orthopedic mattresses may cost as much as twice as ordinary foam mattresses but are better in supporting the body when you sleep. They also last longer due to better construction and more resilient materials. Pillows are also one of the main sources of back pain for cheap ones also sag leaving the neck in a bent position making you sore at the neck as you wake in the morning. Try getting some memory foam pillows of you experience neck and back pains so you get the best possible position when you sleep preventing unnecessary strain on the back and neck getting you rested fast and refreshed for another day.
